RALLY: DEFEND JULIAN ASSANGE & WIKILEAKS
Tuesday 14 December
5:30pm - 7pm Sydney Town Hall
march to the US consulate in Martin Place

Come along to the next protest to defend Julian Assange and WikiLeaks, to coincide with Julian Assange's next court hearing in Britain of his application to be released from detention on bail.

We need to keep the pressure up and voice our outrage at this assault on freedom of speech and democratic rights.

Might I add another idea? Write, preferably by hand, a letter to you local member politely protesting the Govt's attitude to Assange and Wikileaks, and idicating your support for freedom of speech. They take much more notice of hand written letters than typed ones.
