As of about an hour ago, I have a complete draft of Necromance. Thirty chapters. 164,000 words, of which nearly 100,000 were written in the last fifteen weeks. 17,000 or so of  which were written in this last week. I do not appear to be dead. Most of my cast, however...

But you know, that's the really, really good thing about necromancy.

Taking a little nap now.

Halloo! Hallay! I chortle in joy.

Does this mean we can see your face again?

Also is that the Triffids' song covered by Sisters of Mercy? If so, which album?

You can see my face, but only by night.

Don't know about Triffids. Don't they make a kind of rustling noise? The song was written by Andrew Eldritch. It begins;

Call it superstition
Followed and fell
Under the falling
Under the spell
Singing
Bury me
Bury me

It's on the unofficial Necromance soundtrack.

Yay! Precisely the sort of inspiration I need to get back to the grindstone, too. :-)
